HOSHI JOELL — TERMS & CONDITIONS (SERVICE-SPECIFIC)
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your session.
Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to shoot
Retainers go toward your total but are non-transferable between services
No booking is confirmed without payment
Monthly Retainers:
Require 50% upfront to begin + remaining mid-cycle. (30 Day Cycle| 2nd Payment Due on the 15th)
Retainers are recurring priority agreements, not one-off sessions
If payments fail, I have the right to terminate the retainer subscription.
2. Service Types & What’s Included
Standard Content Sessions (Photo or Video)
Includes one scheduled session based on selected duration
Deliverables are limited to agreed quantity and format
Additional edits or content = add-on fees
Social Content Packages
Designed for consistent social media output (IG / TikTok)
Includes a mix of photo + video deliverables as outlined at booking
Revisions are limited to minor adjustments only
Monthly Retainers
Includes recurring shoot sessions (weekly or bi-weekly depending on tier)
Includes priority scheduling + ongoing creative alignment
Unused sessions do not roll over
Rescheduling must stay within the same billing cycle
Custom / Brand / Editorial Work
Requires a custom quote + licensing agreement
Pricing does not include usage rights beyond agreed scope
Deliverables, timeline, and usage are defined per project
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
One reschedule allowed with 48 hours notice
Late reschedules may require a new retainer
Cancellations = retainer forfeited
No-shows = 100% of total fee charged
4. Late Policy
15-minute grace period
After 15 minutes → late fee may apply
After 30 minutes → session may be shortened or canceled
5. Deliverables & Turnaround
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Rush delivery available as an add-on
Content delivered via digital gallery/download
Important:
RAW files are not included or released
Final selection + edits are at Hoshi Joell’s discretion
6. Creative Direction
By booking, you are hiring Hoshi Joell for a distinct visual style and creative direction.
Creative control is maintained during shoot + editing
Minor revisions may be accepted
Full re-edits or stylistic changes = additional fees
7. Usage & Licensing
Included Usage
Personal use
Organic social media (IG, TikTok, website)
NOT Included (Requires Licensing Fee)
Paid advertisements
Brand campaigns
Product marketing
Third-party usage
Any use beyond standard usage requires additional licensing fees.
Unauthorized usage will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Add-Ons & Overtime
Additional time billed hourly
Add-ons (extra edits, reels, rush delivery) must be selected or added post-booking
Same-day add-ons subject to availability
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Arriving on time
Bringing wardrobe + preparation
Securing location access (unless discussed)
Delays caused by client reduce shooting time.
10. Retainer Client Expectations (THIS IS YOUR POWER MOVE)
Retainer clients receive:
Priority booking
Consistent content planning
Ongoing creative collaboration
However:
Communication must remain timely
Shoot days must be respected
Scope creep beyond agreed deliverables will be billed separately
11. Liability
Hoshi Joell is not responsible for:
Weather conditions
Location issues
Third-party interruptions
In rare cases of cancellation due to emergency or equipment failure, liability is limited to refund of payments made.
12. Conduct
A professional and respectful environment is required.
Any inappropriate behavior results in:
Immediate termination of session
No refund issued
